6kdb Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions & Acceptance

By accessing the 6kdb platform or using any of its services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms and conditions. This document serves as a legally binding agreement between 6kdb and its users.

These terms apply to users in Bangladesh and are considered to include 6kdb's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

1.1 Scope of Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all services on 6kdb, including sports betting, casino games, live casino, slot machines, and any current or future services on the platform.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

This document has been prepared in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity, 6kdb's interpretation shall be considered final. Users may contact the support team directly for clarification on any matter.

2. Account Registration & Identity Verification

To open an account on 6kdb, you must provide accurate and complete information. 6kdb reserves the right to close any account where false information has been provided.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or for members of the same household is strictly prohibited. If this rule is breached, all associated accounts may be closed.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

It is your responsibility to keep the name, address, phone number, and payment details provided at registration up to date and accurate at all times. If any information needs to be changed, notify the support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification Process

To ensure security, 6kdb may request documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of the payment method
• Proof of current address (where applicable)

2.4 Account Security

Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing this information with third parties or transferring the account is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to 6kdb immediately.

3. Age Limit & Eligibility

The 6kdb platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Geographic Eligibility

This platform is primarily operated for users in Bangladesh. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to check the laws of their country and comply with those laws.

3.2 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals may not open an account on 6kdb:

• Any person under the age of 21
• 6kdb employees or their close relatives
• Those whose accounts have previously been closed
• Those enrolled in a self-exclusion program

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on 6kdb are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). The platform currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
• Nagad — Digital financial service of the postal department
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service

4.1 Deposit Limits & Rules

The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳200. The maximum time for a deposit to be reflected in the account depends on the payment provider. All deposits must be made only from the account owner's own verified payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits & Timeframes

The minimum withdrawal amount by any method is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to deposit funds via chargebacks, payment fraud, or any unauthorized method will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6kdb offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers for its users. Each bonus has its own conditions and it is mandatory to read them carefully.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳14,000 → Maximum bonus ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳24,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer applies only to eligible accounts
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated
• 6kdb reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings if bonus benefits are misused
• Bonus wagering may be prohibited on certain games
• If a bonus is not used before it expires, it will be automatically cancelled

5.4 VIP Program

6kdb runs a special VIP rewards program for regular players, divided into three tiers:

• Bronze Tier: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver Tier: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold Tier: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Players can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on 6kdb are conducted fairly and transparently. Specific rules apply to each game and betting market.

6.1 Sports Betting

For sports betting, it is essential to check the terms of the relevant market before placing specific bets that mention the name of a real club, franchise, or player. All betting markets are based on commonly known sporting events.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games are operated through a reliable Random Number Generator (RNG) system that ensures fair outcomes. Bets may be voided if a technical error or server issue affects the game result.

6.3 Technical Issues

If the internet connection is lost or a technical issue arises during a gaming session, the data stored on the 6kdb server shall be considered final. 6kdb will not be liable for any loss caused by issues with the user's own device or connection.

6.4 Suspicious Activity

If any suspicious patterns in betting activity, misuse of arbitrage opportunities, or bonus abuse are identified, 6kdb may void the relevant bets and suspend the account.

7. Fair Play & Security Policy

6kdb is firmly committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep users' personal and financial information secure.

7.1 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

6kdb complies with international anti-money laundering standards. If suspicious financial activity is identified, transactions on the associated account may be temporarily suspended for verification.

7.2 Collusion & Fraud

Collusion between multiple players in live games, use of bots, or any kind of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the associated account will be permanently closed.

7.3 Transparency & Fair Play

6kdb believes in fair play. Game results are not controlled by any predetermined method. RNG technology ensures that each result is entirely independent and not influenced by previous results.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

6kdb reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration
• Operating multiple accounts
• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraud
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Harassing behavior toward other users
• Attempting to breach platform security

8.1 Self-Exclusion Request

If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account, please contact the support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account at the time of self-exclusion will be returned, subject to the terms and conditions.

8.2 Reactivation Process

To reactivate an account suspended for technical reasons, the user must contact the support team and resolve the issue. 6kdb's decision in such cases is final.

9. Limitation of Liability

6kdb accepts no liability for the following:

• Issues with the user's own internet connection or device
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers
• Unexpected technical outages or server downtime
• Financial losses arising from the user's gaming decisions

Participation in gaming is entirely at your own discretion and risk. 6kdb provides platform services only.
